1 pint frozen, housemade Bolognese Sauce (beef, pork, chicken liver, olive oil, dried porcini, veggies, tomato, wine, herbs, meat stock, milk), 1# Rustichella d'Abruzzo Mezzamaniche (short, ridged tubes), a little chunk of Parmigiano Reggiano.

1 pint frozen Amatriciana Sauce (tomato, garlic, onion, wine, guanciale) Rustichella d'Abruzzo bucatini (spaghetti with a hole down the center), a little chunk of Pecorino Romano.

1 pint of frozen Pomodoro Sauce (tomato, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, dried chili, basil), Rustichella d'Abruzzo dried spaghetti, a little chunk of Parmigiano Reggiano, sprig of fresh basil.

3 fresh dough balls, pint of pizza sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, fresh basil
